Before visiting a new community, please contact Alysia to represent you. Builders require you to be escorted by Alysia upon your first visit to their sales center, even if you are just looking.
Alysia will help guide you through the builder’s contract, negotiations, follow-up, inspections, walk-throughs and closing. She can photograph the construction progress and assist you with questions.
The reality is this … a Realtor is a professional who represents you. If you hire a good Realtor, then they will really work hard for you. Shouldn’t you have independent representation?
The builder is not working for you. The on-site sales person works for and represents the builder’s interest and the builder’s interest only. A builder is not going to give you a reduction in price if you don’t use a Realtor. Are you paying more if you use a Realtor? No.
A Realtor is your exclusive advocate and will help you understand your contract and obligations, including when to schedule construction inspections.
Using a Realtor costs you nothing as the builder has allocated a sales commission to be paid to a buyer’s agent. When a buyer does not use a buyer’s agent, the builder either pays their sales representative a higher commission or pockets the savings.
New Communities in Naples
Andalucia
Centrally located in Naples, construction has been resurrected at this community that was started during the boom and was affected by the economic bust. FrontDoor Communities is finishing out the gated neighborhood with a selection of single- and two-story homes offering at minimum three bedrooms and three full baths.

Bent Creek Preserve
Zoned for up to 450 homes, but with the total number of homes yet to be determined, Centerline Homes is making its first move into Southwest Florida with two series of single-family homes with four or five models in each series. The architecture will feature a more woodsy, Craftsman look.

Esplanade Golf & Country Club
This gated, resort-style community, encompassing nearly 1,800 acres, built by Taylor Morrison will include more than 1,100 single-family and coach homes. Centered around 18 holes of golf, this community will also feature tennis, an extensive greenway system, a wellness center, and many other amenities.

Hacienda Lakes
This new 2,262-acre development is projected to include 1,760 homes, 327,000 square feet of retail space, 70,000 square feet of professional and medical office space, 135 hotel rooms, 140,000 square feet of business park or educational facility, and a public school. More than 1,500 acres will be left as preserve area.

Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes
Within the 2,262-acre, master-planned community of Hacienda Lakes, Esplanade by Taylor Morrison is beginning to take shape. A total of 400 villa and single-family homes will encompass 152 acres offering two- and three-bedroom residences accented by a California Tuscan architecture.

The Isles at Collier Preserve
Being built by Minto Communities, a builder known for its eco-friendly attributes, the Isles is to be a waterfront community set on 2,300 acres over half of which is to be left as a natural habitat. The other half will include approximately 1,600 single-family and coach homes with coastal Caribbean exteriors set around a series of lakes and rivers.

Lantana at Olde Cypress
