New Construction Naples

High-Rise Living: Kalea Bay, Seaglass, Altaira & Aqua

There has a been a flurry of new high-rise activity from Naples up to Bonita Springs over the past few months.  This segment of the Southwest Florida market has been dormant since the downturn but is now heating up again.

Just recently, investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Gulf Bay Group bought the last remaining waterfront high-rise parcel in Pelican Bay for $80 million in cash.  This new high-rise will be called Mystique, a 22-story, 87-unit condo which is currently in initial planning stages.

Soave Real Estate started on a new high-rise development called Kalea Bay in North Naples (off Vanderbilt Drive), whose rooftop deck is pictured below. There will be six stacks at Kalea Bay. See the full vision here.
