A new favorite Naples restaurant of ours is Sakura Asian Grill at the northeast corner of Pine Ridge and Livingston roads.
It’s a delicious combination of Asian and Hawaiian inspired foods served in a casually elegant setting complete with a selection of wine and beer.
My husband loves the Kilauea Wings, so much so that he craves them like I crave chocolate chip cookies on any given day. They really do smell yummy, but they are too much for this spice wimp to handle.
The Aloha Mix Plate is a great way to sample a good portion of the menu, because it allows you to select three entree meats. I’m partial to the Kalbi Short Rib and Kalua Pork (both pictured below), though sometimes the pork can be a bit salty. My husband likes the teriyaki steak.
