A blizzard in the park marks a sunny December day each year in Naples and Bonita Springs!

First up is snow and fun in Riverside Park in Bonita on December 2 from 4-8 p.m. At Holiday in the Park, children of all ages will enjoy a giant snow slide, a snow-fall area, apple cider and cookies, and more, while the adults will delight in the live holiday music and free holiday train and horse-drawn carriage rides.

All children 12 and under receive a toy and a chance to meet Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

Next up is Snow Fest Naples on December 6 from 3-9 p.m. at the Golden Gate Community Center. This popular event has been going on for 27 years in Naples and it gives all those who are young at heart a chance to have fun in the snow even when it’s 80 degrees outside.

Admission is $2 and children 3 and under are free.
