For those who are not familiar with Mediterra, this is one of the most desirable golf communities in Naples off Livingston Road, where a selection of condos, single-family homes and estates nestle amidst lush surroundings. I was a bit skeptical about the home’s proximity to Livingston Road, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the fountain masked any road noise, plus the high wall provides ample privacy and absolutely no view of the road.
