- $10.29 million for a home and adjacent lot along Cutlass Lane
There were also several home sales in Naples above $5 million; 43 sales in all.
So what is the most expensive home in Naples currently on the market? It is a fantastic Port Royal estate encompassing more than 9,000 total square feet with views of the Treasure Cove canal. The asking price is $19.9 million.
