Talis Park, formerly known as Tuscany Reserve, is one of those Naples communities that takes your breath away. It literally brings Italy to Naples Florida.
Its winding brick paver roads, massive stone bridges and rolling landscape of olive trees and Italian cypress are so impressive, as is its golf course that runs throughout. As such, Tuscany Reserve seemed like an appropriate name for this community, but when Kitson & Partners acquired the development in January 2011, it changed the name to Talis Park.
Here’s the reasoning behind the new name: It is a fusion of the word Talisman, which is said to bring good fortune, and Park, fashioned after some of the great parks of the world, i.e. Hyde Park and Central Park.
Talis Park is already home to beautiful residences and today some new builder partners are continuing to grow the community with homes ranging in price from the $700,000s for a 2,500-3,200 square-foot to over $2.5 million for a grand estate.
Two builders and eight plans per neighborhood offer a great range of ways to live on a golf course or water in Talis Park.
I’d happy to introduce you to Talis Park.
