If you are moving to Naples from up north, more than likely you are coming from a home where you had natural gas. Natural gas in Naples is not as prevalent and buyers are often disappointed to find so many communities dependent on electricity.
Here is a list of Naples gas communities, as well as some in Bonita Springs and Estero, that offer gas. I’ve done a bit of research to pull this list together, and while I’d like to think it is comprehensive, in all likelihood there are probably communities missing from the list.
